The Brazilian Situation

Hi guys!

We started a new week in “The other view”. I hope you are very well and have a nice week.
Today, this article will talk about: South America! At moment a lot of things had happen in this place of the world. Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Argentina have been in the newspaper for different situations.

Especially we going to talk about the kidnapping in Rio de Janeiro, a place where in few weeks will play de World Cup Brazil 2014.

This time, a young woman (18 year old) and the bus driver who were threaten by a stranger in the Brazil avenue in north of “Rio”. The others managed to escape the bus before the offender threatened. The Brazilian police make a good job when in a rain afternoon, captured to the kidnapper, who was identified like a man of 35 years old and addict to the crack.

This news, remind to the Rio de Janeiro citizens when, 14 year ago, happened a similar situation. In this opportunity, a young woman was murdered by the Brazilian police after of an individual hijack a bus in the same street.

In a city that in few weeks else receive the World Cup It’s very alarming for tourist, soccer players and general public. This situation adds to other problems in the organization of the World Cup. We remember the protests for the expensive in the stadium building in all the cities headquarters in Brazil. The people aren’t happy with this situation and demonstrate worry, thinking about the favela, in the suburbs of the city where there is days where the people don’t have to eat, the house building its bad and the money in not enough to live.

Well guys, I hope this situation ends soon the Brazil 2014 World Cup just bring us good news for lovers of football and sport in general; and tarnished by unpleasant situations.
